We specialise in end-to-end event production, covering:
Concept & Production: venue sourcing, negotiation, food & beverage curation, supplier management, staffing, and run-of-show.
Digital & Sales: creation and management of branded landing pages, guest management systems, and post-event analytics.
Marketing & PR: co-branded email campaigns, social media promotion, partner outreach, and sponsor fulfilment.

3. Services and Agreements
When you engage Fusion Hub Collective (for example, to co-host an event, become a sponsor, or purchase a ticket), you will enter into a written agreement outlining deliverables, pricing, and responsibilities.
Unless otherwise stated:
Fusion Hub Collective manages event logistics, digital infrastructure, and marketing activities.
Partner organisations (chambers, associations, or companies) are responsible for securing agreed sponsorships and/or ticket commitments.
All events are delivered in accordance with mutually agreed project timelines.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be subject to a separate written agreement or invoice.
4. Payments and Revenue Sharing
All financial arrangements (ticket sales, sponsorships, or revenue shares) will be confirmed in writing prior to event delivery.
Fusion Hub Collective may collect payments through trusted third-party platforms.
Payment terms and profit-sharing percentages vary by project and are detailed in individual partnership agreements.
All payments must be made in the agreed currency and within specified payment terms (typically 7–14 days from invoice date).
Fusion Hub Collective does not store or process credit card data directly.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
For Partners: If a partner cancels after event production has commenced, any costs incurred up to that date remain payable.
For Attendees: Ticket refund policies are set per event and displayed on the registration page.
Fusion Hub Collective reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, force majeure). In such cases, alternative arrangements or partial refunds may be offered.
